You must be the Articulation Officer on file at the CAN System Office in order
to register. If your email address is not on file with the CAN System
Office, you will not be allowed to create an account. If you need further
assistance with registration, contact the CAN
System Office.
Enter your email address and a 5 - 10 character password, re-enter your
password then click Submit.
